Installation
How do I install Rideet?
Rideet installation is really simple. In fact, you don't have to connect it to the motorcycle ECU!
Just power Rideet through the 12V electric system.
We prepared an installation tutorial video that goes step by step through the process:

Do I need to connect Rideet to the ECU of my bike?
No! Rideet is the only device that embeds all the sensors and antennas to gather all the data you need.
It just needs 12V supply, from the battery or from any 12V cable using the included T-Tap.

Activation
How do I activate Rideet?

To activate your Rideet, install it in your bike and download the Rideet App in the app store of your smartphone.

If you already have an account, login. Otherwise, create a new account in the initial page.

If this is your first Rideet, you will be prompted to follow the activation process. It lasts few seconds.
If you already have an active Rideet, you can add and activate the new one in the section Settings > Garage.

Can I move Rideet in my new bike?
Sure!
You just have to restore the Rideet Box from Settings > General > Restore Rideet Box to factory settings.
After that, you can go on with a new installation on the new bike.
Remember: your subscription is tied to the Box, not to the bike, so after the new installation you'll see the same expire date of the previous one.

Usage
Where can I download the Rideet app?
You can download the Rideet app from the app store of your choice: App Store for Apple devices, or Play Store for Android smartphones.
You need at least iOS 8 for Apple iPhones and Android 6 for Android smartphones.

Can I use Rideet app when I'm away from my bike?
Sure! The Rideet Box in your bike is always connected to the cloud, so on your smartphone you will always find the most updated data, wherever you are.

How can I see detailed performance data of my rides?

Rideet is always connected to the network, so you will automatically get in the app all the summary data of your trips and performances, such as starting point, destination, duration, lenght, average and maximum speed, maximum lean angle, and much more.

To download detailed data (turn by turn telemetry, satellite coordinates of every point in your route) you just need to go in Trips > Trips Detail > Performances and press the Sync button.
You will then be guided in the short procedure to download the detailed data on your smartphone.

To have data connectivity with your Rideet, and use its cloud features, a monthly subscription is needed.

Every new user gets one solar year of connectivity for free, since the first installation in the bike.

When the first year is over, the subscription cost is 4,90€ per month. You can manage your subscription directly in the Rideet app (Settings > Connectivity).

Subscription renew can be paused or canceled anytime: your subscription will be valid till the last day of validity in place before this operation.

Suspending or canceling your subscription doesn not delete any of your data: they will be in your cloud account and on your smartphone, waiting for a possible reactivation.
